S\u1ed1 li\u1ec7u n\u0103m 2015 cho th\u1ea5y kho\u1ea3ng 65% l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 nhi\u00ean li\u1ec7u cho ng\u00e0nh h\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng cho c\u00e1c chuy\u1ebfn bay qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf. Trong khi \u0111\u00f3, c\u00e1c chuy\u1ebfn bay qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf ph\u1ea3i b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ri\u00eang v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c bao g\u1ed3m trong m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau NDC.<\/p>\n<p>Do v\u1eady, T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c H\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng D\u00e2n d\u1ee5ng Qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf (ICAO) \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ed1ng nh\u1ea5t m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng trung h\u00f2a c\u00e1c-bon t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2020 v\u00e0 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n CORSIA \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u00f3ng g\u00f3p v\u00e0o m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau c\u1ee7a Th\u1ecfa thu\u1eadn Paris.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><u>CORSIA l\u00e0 g\u00ec v\u00e0 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0 th\u1ebf n\u00e0o?<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>CORSIA l\u00e0 ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh nh\u1eb1m gi\u00fap ICAO \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng trung h\u00f2a c\u00e1c-bon t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2020.
