M\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng ch\u1ee7 ch\u1ed1t c\u1ee7a H\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt \u201c\u0110\u00e0o t\u1ea1o v\u00e0 M\u00f4 ph\u1ecfng ETS t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam\u201d l\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p c\u00e1c kh\u00f3a \u0111\u00e0o t\u1ea1o v\u1ec1 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng trao \u0111\u1ed5i h\u1ea1n ng\u1ea1ch ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i cho c\u00e1c b\u00ean li\u00ean quan, bao g\u1ed3m c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 ho\u1ea1ch \u0111\u1ecbnh ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch v\u00e0 c\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam.
